An anthology of short videos mixing documentary, video art, and animation: ON THE ROAD explores erotic fantasy and its relationship to personal ; FANTASY CARRIERS uses animation to address the commoditization of Chilean culture; Juan Downey's NO urges Chileans to vote against Pinochet's rule; THREE WOMEN infuses a music video format with widows of murdered members of the Chilean opposition; PACIFIST WARRIORS profiles weekend punk rockers; INTERVIEW STORY juxtaposes a woman listening to opera on a Walkman with inserted images and sounds of paramilitary maneuvers; and THE APPOINTMENT combines contrasting footage from surveillance cameras with soap opera tracks.
